In fact, you should take your next job now. At Carolina Pets Animal Hospital, we practice a high level of medicine and can perform everything from ultrasound guided biopsies to endoscopy. The hospital is well managed and our doctors are well supported. Our support team is anchored by no less than five registered technicians, we are hard working, and we have a great attitude. We celebrate each others successes, have monthly events outside of work, provide extensive continuing education, and embrace new ideas. We are located in a part of Union County that is growing at an exponential rate and have a wonderful clientele who are willing and able to take the best possible care of their pets. We have no on-call or after-hours emergency duties but still see enough challenging cases during the day to keep things interesting.

We are looking for someone with not only great medical skill and knowledge but also an upbeat, can-do attitude and exceptional bedside manner. We prefer someone that has at least two years experience and is internship trained but would consider an unusual new graduate with the right set of skills and personality. We offer a competitive base salary plus pro sal, a fantastic group health plan, vision plan, retirement plan, paid vacation, and continuing education stipend. We are looking for a full time associate but will consider part-time and flexible scheduling for the right candidate.

DVM or equivalent, NC, and DEA license. Prefer experienced veterinarian but would consider an internship trained, confident new grad. Candidate should have a strong internal medicine and surgery background with exceptional bedside manner, strong decision making skills, and be a team player.

Additional Salary Information: Compensation includes a base salary plus a monthly production bonus
