All Creatures Great and Small is looking to add an associate veterinarian to our thriving 4 doctor practice.  Our practice is a full-service animal hospital that treats a wide variety of patients with the most state of the art clinical medicine available.  We have a team of energetic and positive support staff that will exceed the needs of any experienced clinician, and the caseload to support a new addition who is ready to build rapport with our clients from day one.

We practice out of a newly constructed (2021) 5000 square foot hospital with all of the necessary tools to offer gold standard care:

6 exam rooms
Dedicated treatment room
Digital radiography
Ultrasonography
Double surgical suite
Dental Suite with digital dental radiography
In house laboratory
Laser therapy
Dedicated Feline/Canine/Exotics wards
In-house pharmacy technician
AI-Dictation software for exam documentation

Our team manages cases including:

Preventative medicine
Dentistry
Orthopedic Surgery
Soft tissue surgery
Exotic animal medicine and surgery
Rehabilitation
Oncology/Chemotherapy
Internal Medicine
Cardiology
Advanced Hospitalization
End-of-life services
 In addition, we have close working relationship with emergency facilities as well as specialist centers that are located within 5 miles of our location for our clients that prefer specialization.

Our positive, experienced support staff includes:

Average support staff experience in the veterinary field is over 10 years

4 Full-time CSRs
9 Full-time technicians
1 Full-time pharmacy technician
6 Part-time assistants

We offer:

Prosal with base pay between 145,000-150,000 based on experience.

Requirements

-DVM License valid in Illinois

-Experience working with companion animals in clinical practice.
