Associate Veterinarian (DVM) – Full or Part-Time – Lake Mary, Florida
Looking for a veterinary role with no weekends, no on-call, and a supportive team? A well-established, family-friendly small animal practice in Florida is seeking a full or part-time Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join their collaborative team.

Requirements
- DVM/VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school (or equivalent).
- Eligibility for licensure in Florida (must hold or be able to quickly obtain a Florida veterinary license).
- Strong foundation in small animal medicine and surgery from clinical rotations, no need for advanced experience, but willingness to learn and build confidence.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues, with an approachable and compassionate manner.
- Team-oriented mindset, eager to collaborate with experienced veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.
- Openness to mentorship, proactive in asking questions, seeking feedback, and taking part in training.
- Commitment to continuous learning, enthusiasm for CPD/CE opportunities and professional development.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a busy general practice setting that can include preventive care, internal medicine, surgery, and emergency cases.
- Passion for patient care with a strong focus on client education and building trusted relationships.
