BluePearl Pet Hospital in Malvern is proud to offer our Emergency Veterinarian Mentorship Training Program, EmERge. Our EmERge program helps you obtain the skills and the confidence that you need to be a successful Emergency Veterinarian at one of our state-of-the-art hospitals. The program is offered beginning in January and in June annually.

What you Need to be considered for BluePearl's EmERge program:

• You must be a graduate of an AVMA accredited veterinary school.
• You must have passed (or pending) the NAVLE.
• You must have (or be eligible for) a license to practice in the state of interest.

• You will receive one to one peer guided mentorship in emergency medicine designed to prepare you to become a highly trained and confident emergency clinician.
• The program provides valuable experience by combining case-based lectures, interactive seminars, hands-on practice labs, and mentoring.

Program Structure :

EmERge is a one-year training program, followed by a one-year post-EmERge employment commitment by you. The EmERge program is divided into 3 phases:

• Phase one: 14 weeks of accelerated training . This immersive experience is a combination of hands-on labs, case-based lectures, and group discussions and rotations through internal medicine, surgery, emergency, and critical care. $120,000 base salary.
• Phase two: 18 weeks of hands-on immersive training guided by an experienced clinician mentor.

• Phase three: 20 weeks of experiential training, working ER shifts, with continued mentoring.
