At Forest Hills Cat Hospital, we've been caring exclusively for cats since 1974 - making us the oldest feline-only practice east of the Mississippi. We've created a peaceful, bark-free space where our patients (and our staff!) can truly thrive.

We're looking for a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our cat-loving crew in Middle Village, NY. Whether you're a seasoned feline expert or a new grad with a passion for meow medicine, we're excited to welcome someone who shares our commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.

• A tight-knit team of 3 collaborative DVMs, including a Fear Free Certified, ABVP-boarded Feline Diplomate
• An all-cat clientele in a stress-minimized environment
• No after-hours emergencies
• Equipped with in-house ultrasound, digital radiography, and in-house labs
• Licensed veterinary technicians and a team that genuinely enjoys working together

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) required.

• Compassionate, team-oriented approach.

• Ability to lift 40+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the veterinary team while upholding medical standards.

• Develop and implement medical protocols.

• Perform routine and advanced surgeries.

• Interpret lab results to support accurate diagnoses.

• Educate and build strong relationships with clients.
