Compensation: $150,000 - $222,000 / year
Description
We are seeking a veterinary Dentist to join our team in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Play a pivotal role in building and launching our dentistry department. Help shape protocols, choose equipment, and assemble a team that reflects your vision for dental excellence.
Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered. Enjoy a flexible scheduled customized to suit your needs with no after-hours or on-call responsibilities.

Our ideal candidate:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
- Board Certified, a Diplomate of the American Veterinary Dental College (AVDC), or a residency-trained veterinarian with practice limited to dentistry
- Passionate about practicing outstanding medicine but also building and fostering a strong team
- Strong communicator who models a professional and courteous manner with staff and clients
- Eager to build and grow a dentistry service within a dynamic and expanding ER/Specialty veterinary hospital

- High earning potential - $150k-$222k base salary with 25% production (negotiable) - no negative accrual
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
