About the Role:
As a Receptionist & Veterinary Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our clinic's daily operations. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being part of a close-knit, supportive team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
• Facilitate smooth coordination between our veterinary team and pet owners
• Assist with safe and gentle restraint of dogs and cats during exams and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
• Support a positive clinic culture by collaborating with teammates and sharing in both the challenges and the wins

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• A people-person with strong communication and customer service skills
• A calm, confident animal handler (experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person!)
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting
• Someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about veterinary care
