Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assist veterinarians and technicians in the care, handling, and treatment of animal patients
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and sanitation throughout the facility
• Prepare and sterilize equipment and treatment areas
• Monitor patient behavior and health, and communicate observations to the medical team
• Provide excellent client service, including patient intake, discharge, and education
• Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining medical records and restocking supplies

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• Previous experience as a veterinary assistant, kennel assistant, or animal caretaker is a plus
• Strong work ethic and passion for animals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced veterinary clinic
• A passion for keeping things clean and organized
