Clarkesville Veterinary Hospital is a small animal general practice located in scenic northeast Georgia that employees 8 doctors and offers 24-hour emergency care to the entire region in addition to primary preventive care and surgery. We have a fun and friendly staff that enjoy our work and our great patients. We offer high-quality medicine, orthopedic and soft-tissue surgeries, endoscopy, ultrasound, acupuncture, and many other services. We are looking for a small animal veterinarian to fill a full-time position with the promise of mentorship and a team approach to medicine as well as competitive salary and benefits package. Our doctors work a standard 4-day work week with alternating 1/2 day Saturdays. There are also shared weeknight and weekend on-call schedules, averaging 1 weekend every 8 weeks, and a 24-hour support staff at the clinic screening calls and assisting with emergencies. New graduates or experienced practitioners will be considered.
DVM or equivalent and current Georgia veterinary license are required.
