Owner of a long established, fast-paced veterinary clinic, looking for one or two doctors efficient in small animal medicine, radiology and surgery.
If you want to get on with your life, and have the ability to work in a fast paced setting, and are proficient in reading x-rays and performing surgical procedures, this is the place for you! Let’s meet and discuss your desired salary and your future. Willing to hire new graduates.
We run our practice in a relaxed, fun, and teamwork atmosphere. Please keep in mind, I’m looking for a “happy person” to work “with” us and not “for” us.
Ourfacility is over 2200 sq. feet and has been recently remodeled. A veterinary emergency clinic is available weeknights, weekends and all holidays, so there are no emergency calls. We maintain a “great long term staff” (8yrs à25yrs) - no employee turnover tells the story in itself.
We focus on animal health only, therefore, we do not provide boarding or grooming.
Charlotte County has many amenities. We are the only area in the State of Florida to have an extensive pristine aquatic estuary. The Peace River and the Myakka River flows into Charlotte Harbor and the actual harbor itself is about 20 miles long with most of the coastal land area under control by the Environmental Protection Agency.
Charlotte County offers beaches, boating, sailing, fishing, surfing, tennis and golf as well as other extracurricular interests.
It is a great place to raise a family.
Charlotte County Educational System is ranked in the upper 10% of the State of Florida.
Charlotte County has a low crime rate, and although it has grown through the years, it still maintains a small town atmosphere. Charlotte County is not a “concrete jungle” like the “East Coast” and the other “major cities” of Florida, but offers many of the old time activities of “Old Native Florida”.
Charlotte County has most of the major restaurant chains, and a large shopping mall.
There are a variety of housing options from normal residential housing, waterfront housing (both sailboat & motorboat), to country / agricultural settings.
Again, we are looking for a team oriented, energetic individual with good clinical and communication skills.
I invite you to look up Charlotte County on goggle map (even the satellite view) and look at what our county has to offer geographically.
