EVH is an AAHA-accredited 24-hour small animal/exotics hospital, and we are seeking an associate ER veterinarian who is passionate about emergency medicine. EVH is a 7,500 square foot facility with seven exam rooms, an enclosed surgical suite with complete anesthetic monitoring equipment, brand new HD digital x-ray, brand new digital ultrasound, state-of-the-art Cone Beam CT scanner, endoscopy (coming March 2019!), separate isolation ward and exotics ward, large conference room, and doctor’s bedroom suite. We have a full in-house laboratory with the ability to perform in-house chemistry panels, CBCs, venous and arterial blood gases, coagulation profiles, as well as being the only clinic in the area to offer in-house quantitative cortisol, TSH, and TT4. We are located on the west side of Ann Arbor and are a newer facility, built in July of 2012. We boast an excellent technician staff, many of whom have 10+ years of experience in the field. At EVH we practice patient-focused medicine and work closely with pet owners and their regular veterinarians to ensure continuity of care. We also are very passionate about furthering each employee’s education in the veterinary field by offering memberships to veterinary training websites. large CE allowance, as well as in-house meetings and talks on various subjects.

Full time is 13-15 shifts per month in a roughly 50/50 split of nights and days. Part time is 6-12 shifts/month. Flexible scheduling.
Additional Salary Information: Signing/relocation bonus offered. Base salary + commission and determined based on experience level. Full time doctors typically make over $100,000/year with commission.
