Animal Emergency Hospital is Seeking a talented and highly motivated Associate Veterinarians to join our AHAA accredited 24-hour Emergency Hospital in Burton, Michigan. Emergency medicine guarantees to offer opportunities to broaden your knowledge, sharpen skills, and to challenge you to be in a state of constant growth both professionally and personally. Our hospital is desiring to add a full-time Associate for our Monday through Friday day shift and one to two full-time Associates for our after-hours shifts. We are always happy to accept applications for part-time or relief work as well. We are excited to have you join our family!
Work with dogs, cats, and pocket pets
Provide care for a wide variety of cases and surgical opportunities
Perform medical surgeries
Provide onsite oxygen chambers, blood and urinalysis machines, digital radiographs, ventilators, and ultrasounds
Give personal attention to each pet and family
Qualifications and Requirements:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date.
For our after-hours associates, the rotation schedule provides for one week off per month!
We have a great mentorship program and are welcome to accommodating new graduates.
