All Pets Veterinary Hospital in Nashua, NH is adding a full-time or 2 part-time veterinarians. We are an AAHA accredited 4-doctor practice that is expanding due to demand and growth. We promote wellness, dentistry, nutrition and excellence in medical and surgical care. Our doctor:staff ratio is 1:5. High earning potential given our high end clientele and case-load. Hospital has in-house laboratory including ISTAT, Abaxis clotting profile, Abaxis CBC/Chem, digital dental radiography, digital radiography, ultrasound, radio-surgery and cautery, class IV therapy laser, video otoscope, video microscope and highly skilled support staff. We practice high quality medicine and surgery. Boarded surgeon and internist available on a weekly basis. We also see exotics and birds in addition to dogs and cats.
Salary (negotiable 100-150K depending on experience and opportunity for production) plus DEA paid, professional dues paid, and generous CE allowance ($2500 per year FT) and VIN included. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about veterinary medicine. Someone who really enjoys working with clients, keeping pets healthy and healing them. Ideal candidate would possess great communication skills, be highly motivated to help pets and their people and practice sound medicine. Surgical skills include routine spay/neuter, dental surgery including extractions and flaps, mass removals. Additional surgical skills a plus include cystotomies, splenectomy, foreign body removal and exotic surgery. Integrative and wholisitic approach is also valued.
Responsibilities: Physical examinations, diagnostic plans, treatment plans, surgery, dentistry with exceptional patient and client care.
Schedule: flexible but most doctors work 4-10 hour days. Hours fall between M-Th 7a-7p, F 7a-6p, Sat 8a-4p; some evenings and/or Saturdays required (not every Saturday.)
Career advancement and skill development encouraged. Current doctors have interests in exotics and behavior and we encourage and develop their interests and programs.
NH License and preferred interned trained or 2-3 years in busy practice. Would consider new graduate if highly motivated to train quickly.
