Are you exhausted from working evenings and weekends? Do you want more time with your family and friends? Come join us at a veterinary clinic that has "regular" hours! Don't let our name fool you-we are a full-service veterinary clinic in addition to a spay/neuter clinic. We have (most of) the bells and whistles that you want, with very little of the hassles you are used to.
Open 7:30am-5pm Monday-Friday
Awesome, well-trained assistants and registered technicians
Digital dental xray with full dental suite
In-house lab equipment
Extra large exam rooms
Facility remodeled in 2017
Overnight hospitalization is allowed but in reality is very rarely done-most animals in need are sent to local ER's for overnight care.
Great specialty referral practices close by
South Charlotte is a wonderful area for all ages-great schools, lots of nightlife, parks and greenways close by, 3 hours to the mountains or the beaches.
We need a full time or part time veterinarian to help as we continue to grow. You would be seeing clients from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with a 1 hour lunch (if you desire part time, your schedule can be as flexible as you would like as long as we can staff appropriately). Interest in dentistry would be welcomed- we are doing dental cleanings and procedures 3 mornings a week right now and could easily fill appointments all 5 days.
We have 20 minute well visits (annual visits) and 40 minute sick visits. Labwork can be done in-house or sent to IDEXX for overnight processing. Xrays can be sent to IDEXX for consultation if needed. The 3 current veterinarians are great at bouncing ideas off each other and consulting on cases with each other.
Having a work/life balance is possible. Come take a look-you won't be disappointed! Great compensation and benefits, too! Spay Neuter Clinic of the Carolinas
