Lake Seminole Animal Hospital celebrated its 58th year anniversary in 2020, and is searching for an exceptional full or part time associate with excellent clinical and communication skills, a positive, compassionate demeanor, and a desire to continue to learn and grow.
We are a busy, full service, 2.5-3 FTE prevention-centered hospital for companion animals. We have Idexx in-house labs, electronic medical records (Cornerstone), digital body and dental x-ray, a Companion therapeutic laser, an entry level ultrasound, and the other accouterments of a progressive hospital. More importantly, we have a excellent staff and an organized, family-centric, positive work environment and nurturing culture. We have a culture of learning and progressing, so individual interests can be supported equipment, opportunity and education.
Benefits include PTO, health insurance, dues, and mandatory CE. Interested full time applicants can expect many weekends off, and a 4 day work week of 35-38 hours. After hours emergencies are covered by local emergency centers, and multiple local specialists are available for support.
We are located in Tampa Bay between St. Petersburg and Clearwater, just a few miles from several of the top rated beaches in the United States. Culture, concerts, excellent restaurants, and festivals of all types are nearby while allowing easy access to all the outdoor activities that make Florida awesome.
