Veterinary Medical Care is an essential business, and PET Emergency Treatment is fully operational! We are looking for experienced Veterinary Technicians to join our team who share our dedication to protecting our clients, staff, patients, and community during the COVID-19 outbreak.
With fewer active cases of the novel Coronavirus in Alaska, there is a decreased risk of exposure when compared to much of the country. However, at PET Emergency Treatment we are still taking every precaution to ensure everyone’s health and safety. Our current protocols include curbside triage, outdoor euthanasia and all client communication via phone or email. We will continue to update our protocols as the need arises. Additionally, PET has been granted a special telemedicine license and is able to help patients with less critical ailments by utilizing video calls.
