Cypress Lakes Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time associate to join our team. Currently, I am a solo doctor ( Texas A&M class of 1999) but am located in a rapidly growing area (Cypress is a community northwest of Houston) and would like to see my practice grow with it. I have a 2000 sq ft clinic with everything you need to practice quality medicine - in house Abaxis machines, dental radiographs, CR radiographs, petMap, Cardell monitor and access to mobile radiologists / local referral centers for ultrasound and other advanced imaging. We see dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and other small pocket pets (no birds or reptiles). Exotics experience is not required for this position. I am open Monday - Friday from 7am until 6pm and closed on Saturdays. Doctors hours are from 8-6. We close for lunch from 12:30-1:30pm. I plan to offer health insurance, 401K, $1500 CE allowance for travel and conference fees, TVMA / AVMA dues, DEA fees, PLIT coverage, vacation / paid CE and sick days, and a uniform allowance. For a full-time associate it would be a 4 day work week, 2 half days per month and no weekends. We have major holidays off as well! I have a great support staff and a strong tie to the community - much of our growth has been because our clients love how we practice and how involved we are with our community. I want a good work / life balance for myself and all those that work with me - family time is important and we try to focus on that as well as providing quality medicine and care for our patients. Eventual buy-in / partnership opportunity is available for the right person!
