Martha Lake Vet, Lynnwood, WA is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our growing Multi-doctor practice. We are a full-service, exclusive canine, and feline practice.
We aspire a stress-free work environment for our doctors, LVTs, support staff, pets, and clients with above-average retention of staff, DVMs, and clients. DVMs get above market pay packages with no push for production or numbers.

Experienced, Licensed staff with above average retention
DVMs choose their practice styles. We do not enforce protocols, drugs or equipment.
Additional in-house services offered by Mobile Board Certified Veterinarians: Surgery, Sonography, Cardiology
Above-average pay package with potential for production bonuses for experienced vets (20% of entire production)

We are open Mon-Sat 9AM-7PM
DVMs work 4 days a week, 35 to 40hrs per week
Washington State Veterinary Board License in good standing.
Additional Salary Information: Experienced vets may be offered a generous 20% Pro-Sal with an assured base package of 120,000.
