Butler Animal Clinic is a 7-8 doctor small animal exclusive practice looking for an experienced and compassionate Veterinarian to join our Staff Family. Our goal is to provide quality pet care to the families in our community. An ideal candidate should enjoy a fast paced environment and a variety of clients. What does our staff say about us? We like to cut up and have fun, we treat each other like family, and we take care of our staff in and out of the office. Although we treat each other like family, we also value our staff’s time with their family outside of work. What do our clients say about us? Our reviews frequently express gratitude about finding caring, friendly staff members that treat their pets as if they were our own. Our staff hours are 7:15 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday (with lunch hours observed from 11:30 am -1:30 pm), and 7:15 am to noon on Saturdays. We are staffed to receive a mixture of scheduled appointments and walk-ins throughout the day. Full time doctors are scheduled for 3.5 weekdays, and rotational Saturdays. Doctors provide weekend and holiday medications/care for boarding and hospitalized patients on a rotational basis. Weekend and holiday scheduling preferences are accommodated whenever possible. We strive to ensure that work stays at work, and after-hours and on-call care are not provided. Benefits include professional fees/licensure/dues, personal professional liability coverage, health insurance, paid time off, CE stipend and CE PTO. Additional desired benefits are potentially negotiable. Compensation by Salary Experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.

We are a very busy small animal practice located in knoxville TN. We currently have 6 full time Veterinarians, 6 Receptionists, 8 technicians and 6 kennel techs. We offer boarding, dental services, surgical services, labwork, xrays, and wellness visits. We need an outgoing and friendly person to come join our team.
