We’re looking to add a full-time or part-time DVM/VMD to our team who can help us continue the tradition of great veterinary care we’ve offered at this location since 1947.
About This Position
We expect that as a veterinary professional you have basic surgical skills and understand the day-to-day requirements of seeing and treating patients.
Experience, Education and/ or Training
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university.
Minimum one year of practice experience.
An active and valid license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of California.
An active and valid DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) license to prescribe controlled substances.
Active and current accreditation with the USDA’s NVAP (National Veterinary Accreditation Program) to issue certificates of veterinary inspection for patients that will be traveling across state or national borders.

We’re located in San Bruno, CA, which is known as the airport city and is a few miles south of San Francisco. It has an urban feel but many of the benefits of a smaller, suburban community: crime is low, people are super nice and the schools are great. We’re just a few minutes from the breathtaking California coast and it’s only a short drive or BART ride into the city. Our location is one exit away from the San Francisco International Airport and since we’ve been here forever, we have that most rare amenity—tons of parking—so no one who works here ever has to search for it or pay for airport parking.
Salary range or $150,000 - $175,000
