Rural veterinary hospital in western Massachusetts looking for a veterinarian with the eventual intention of becoming a partner / owner of a private practice. Our practice is extremely busy and growing daily. The focus is nearly 100% cat and dog. Initially we are seeking someone willing to work 4 days/ week with 2 of the 4 days also covering emergencies at 30%. Our starting offer would be 150K/yr plus the 30% for emergencies.
